LeapYear is Austin’s only structured Christian gap year where students run real-world career prototypes—short, guided experiments that help them test-fit potential careers before college. Over the course of a year, students complete 3–5 of these projects while building 12 core leadership competencies, discovering how their gifts meet real needs, and deepening their understanding of God’s love and guidance.
