LeapYear is for young adults who want to understand themselves more deeply, explore possible futures in the real world, grow in character and faith, and build the confidence and competence to move forward with purpose.
We believe this kind of year can shape everything that comes after it. College, work, entrepreneurship, ministry, or another path all become more valuable when you enter them with greater self-knowledge, stronger judgment, meaningful relationships, and a clearer sense of who you are becoming.
This application helps us get to know you. We are not looking for perfect writing, total certainty about your future, or the most impressive résumé. We want to hear how you think, what has shaped you, how you respond to challenge, and why LeapYear feels like the right next step.
